We want you to love your gear. If something’s not right, we’ve got you.

Returns & Exchanges:

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

How to Start a Return:

Email us at flydowncollective@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll get back to you with next steps.

Return Shipping:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items:

Sale items (including items purchased with a discount of 40% or more)

Final Sale pieces

Gift cards

Refunds:

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping are nonrefundable.
